Zim Training

The program is aimed at rights defenders, activists, and community-based organisations from lithium mining communities from Bikita, Buhera, Goromonzi, Zvishavane, and Mutoko. The primary objectives of the training program are to enhance the knowledge and understanding of at least 20 human rights defenders and civil society organisations about the human rights and environmental issues linked to critical minerals, provide participants with practical tools and strategies to identify, monitor, and report human rights abuses and environmental damages related to critical minerals, and foster networking and collaboration among human rights defenders and civil society organisations at the local, national, and international levels.
