Women and Youth Initiatives on Climate Change and Just Energy Transition

SARW acknowledges that Initiatives taken by women and youth regarding climate change and a just energy transition are incredibly important. Although they are often marginalised and excluded, these two groups make up a significant portion of the population affected by climate change, and they can contribute to the solutions that will lead to a more sustainable future. Women and youth bring unique perspectives and experiences to the table, which can result in innovative solutions to our problems. Therefore, their participation is crucial in achieving a sustainable future. To ensure their voice and agency are captured and harnessed, SARW implements various initiatives focused on women and youth.
