The Southern Africa Resource Watch (SARW) convened a groundbreaking workshop on April 15th-16th, 2024, to introduce and refine the Corporate Accountability App—an innovative tool aimed at promoting transparency and ensuring corporations within the mining sector adhere to the highest Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards. The workshop was a collaborative effort to enhance the app’s development and align it closely with the needs and regulations of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) region.
