Community Training on Fair Tax and Trade

The Southern Africa Resource Watch (SARW) and the Tax Justice Network Africa (TJNA) are organizing a two-day workshop. This initiative aims to educate community members—especially women and youth—in Carolina, Sekhukhune, Grotvlei, Ermelo, and Mokopane on fair tax and trade practices. By building grassroots advocacy capacity, the training seeks to enable these communities to influence policy discussions, ensuring that mining activities contribute positively to their sustainable development.
