Dorcas Kalenda

DRC – Finance Associate

Dorcas  graduated with distinction from the Catholic University of Congo.  She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the Faculty of Economics and Development.
Dorcas is working at SARW as Finance Associate. Her journey with SARW started worked at OSISA from July 2017 to June 2018 as Finance Associate and worked at Nestle Congo from August 2016 to July 2017 as an accountant supplier. She is worked as a trainer between 2014 and 2016 at Ecobank and Audirec Audit firm.  Dorcas is passionate about finance and Economics.

Patricia Ngoy Mango

SARW Programme Officer for Gender, Communities and Communications

Patricia holds a degree in Linguistics from the University of Lubumbashi and in Business Management. Before joining SARW, she worked for 8 years as Head of Conferencing at the Nepad Secretariat in Midrand, South Africa where she became acquainted with issues relating to Africa’s development.
She is currently SARW Programme Officer for Gender, Communities and Communications. Since she joined SARW in 2010, she has worked extensively on women’s participation in the management of natural resources and extractive communities’ development and organisation.
Patricia is also a member of the Alternative Mining Indaba steering Committee where she represents the DRC.

Neo Mvukela

SARW Senior Finance and Administration Officer

Neo is an Accountant with a BCompt degree from UNISA and various short courses in Human Resources. She has 10 years experience working within the Finance sector and has held various positions incorporating both finance and HR. Prior to joining SARW she worked for OSISA. She is passionate about implementing and maintaining organisational policies and structures.

Georges Bokondu

SARW Programme Director

He holds a LLB from the Free University of Kinshasa since 2014. He is currently completing his Doctoral at the University of Kinshasa. He was a Legal Adviser at the National Energy Commission. He was also a legal adviser to the President of the DRC and was the Vice-President of the DRC Commission for the Revisiting of Mining Contracts. Georges’ interests are in Mining legislations, taxation and contract negotiation.
